Depending on your current fitness level and goals, Fluid Running workouts are designed to be done by everyone regardless of fitness level. Each workout can be modified and performed at your own intensity. We have Level 1 workouts which are typically less intense with shorter intervals and intensity, Level 2 which are more challenging with intervals and a mixture of movements and Level 3 which are high intensity sets and shorter breaks.
